Oklahoma Principals' Academy graduates will set demanding standards for themselves as leaders in the field of education via their persistence, expertise, courage, vision and passion. The Principals' Academy experience and the resulting bonding of participants will produce a vibrant, mutually supportive critical mass of leaders committed to life-long learning and to the continuous improvement in the quality of Oklahoma education.
