Allan Johnson

Allan Johnson is the President and Lead Trainer for the consulting company, Paradigm Learning. Mr. Johnson is a highly experienced keynote speaker, trainer, motivational speaker, and successful classroom teacher and coach.

He received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a specialization in Vocal Music Education. Allan taught vocal and instrumental music at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels for ten years while also coaching various sports. Allan was selected as the District Teacher of The Year for the Western Heights School district in 2000.

Allan served as an instructor and mentor teacher for the Great Expectations Foundation and has been a trainer of teachers, administrators, and business executives for the past nine years.

Allan is heavily sought after as an evangelist and guest musician for numerous events including revivals, camps, and state conferences.

Allan’s giftedness and skill allow him to reach people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds. Due to his broad scope of experience in various leading and learning settings, Allan looks forward to assisting you in becoming your best!

Allan is a proud husband and father. He, his wife Jill, and their daughter Lydia currently reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
